Raclette is a cheese that comes from the Alps, made from cow’s milk. Thanks to its traditional know-how, Président Raclette is particularly flavoursome. It is very creamy when melted and will win over all gourmets. Raclette can be melted using a hot plate or griddle and served as an accompaniment to dishes, or as a topping. It also pairs beautifully with white wine.
