he Olmeda Orígenes Vinegar is made in Jerez de la Frontera (Andalucia), known Worldwide for its wines and Brandies. Jerez de la Frontera is synonymous with flamenco, wine, bulls and the cradle of the famous “tapas”.
The origin of a country. Our Vinegar is obtained from magnificent fine wines from Jerez alter an acidification process, where they inherit from he wine all its organic characteristics. Afterwards we mature them in old casks of American Oak via a system of “soleras” and “criaderas”. Tasting note Intense and brilliant mahogany color. On the nose is a strong aroma of dried fruit and touches of old wine from Jerez. On the plate it presents a full flavour, balanced, intense and long. The Olmeda Orígenes Vinegar is an ideal ingredient for any type of dressing, sauce, stews, etc… or simply adding a few drops to any dish to enhance its full flavor.
