TASTING NOTES
Color: Dark mahogany.


Nose: Soft and immediately provocative a feeling of appetite. Slightly sweet by the
presence of wine aged Pedro Ximénez.

Mouth: To taste it is recommended to dilute in distilled water, which will give us
perspective, the feeling of cleanliness of the old vinegar. The mouthfeel is full and
round with a softness that make it sweet in spite of their conditions while maintaining
an extremely pleasant aftertaste.
