Created in the 18th century, the Moulin du Pavillon grinds buckwheat with the greatest respect for tradition. In 1998, the Mill obtained the Organic Label, which enabled it to expand its ranges of buckwheat and wheat flour.

Since 2009, the Moulin du Pavillon (based in Séglien, in Morbihan) has been a member of the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) “Brittany buckwheat flour”.

 

Leader on the crepe market in Brittany, the HARPE NOIRE and SARRASINE brands are offered to individuals and professionals sensitive to quality, taste and softness.
