Product description

Salty buckwheat galettes of Brittany, garnish and warm with the ingredients of your choice (ham, cheese, vegetables ...).

Preparation guidelines

Defrosting: Let defrost for 6 hours in the refrigerator at + 4°C (recommended) or 1 minute and 40 seconds in the microwave, in defrost mode.
Reheating: Place your buckwheat galette on a plate heated to 200°C (recommended) or on a pan with a knob of butter. Garnish with the ingredients of your choice (egg, ham, vegetables, cheese ...) and fold the buckwheat galette. Warm 10 seconds on each side.


Water, buckwheat flour 32%, seasalt of Guérande 1%. Processing aid (greasing agent): sunflower oil. Expressed as a percentage of the weight of the product before cooking.

Product presentation

5 stacks of 10 buckwheat galettes wrapped in a PE plastic bag, that is 50 buckwheat galettes per carton. Buckwheat galette shape: round - diameter = 27cm/ 10.63in - flat.
