CHILLED FROMAGE BLANC 7% F.T.

Price can be display only for registered users

Homemade. Coming from a traditional manufacturing process, white cheese is made from fresh whole milk, matured for 24 hours, and drained in bags. The curd is then delicately conditioned so that it is broken as little as possible.

The curdled white cheese has a superb satin grain, soft and melting in the mouth. It will go wonderfully in your savory or sweet recipes, with a spoonful of jam, honey, etc. or simply plain.

The adventure of the Beillevaire cheese factory began thirty years ago, in Machecoul, south of the Loire Atlantique. A farmer in his early days, like his parents, Pascal Beillevaire goes to markets to sell milk and cream from the family's production. During the first holidays, Pascal, accompanied by his wife Claudine, set off on the roads of France to find the best cheeses from each region and offer them to their customers.
Passion gives rise to a profession: that of cheese producer.
